ECU Board decided to establish two new Commissions the “Media & Communication Commission” and the Social Commission.
ECU Media and Communication Commission “MCC” has as main task to develop strategies and propose measures to improve ECU ‘s communication with mainstream media, press coverage of ECU events as also to propose actions to improve ECU social media accounts and their daily operation. Chairperson of the Commission was appointed Mr. Pavel Matocha (CZE).
The ECU Social Commission ‘‘SOC’’ is dedicated to using chess as a tool for social development. The social dimension is extremely important for European policies and its a priority in European agenda. Chairperson of the Commission was appointed Mr. Franck Droin (FRA).
